Student Help Desk (24 x 7)
The
Student Help Desk is a round the clock service for for our Distance Learning
students. This service has dedicated staff to solve student questions of
administrative, technical or academic nature. If you have not received your
examination admit card or are not able to log-on to the classroom, or any
other such problem, contact
helpdesk and your problem will be solved within 4 hours. Whenever you are
not able to get in touch with your teacher, you may write to the helpdesk
with your study related query. The helpdesk will contact the teacher
concerned on your behalf and solve your problem.
Student helpdesk is a
determined service.

Expert Counseling Service
Our counseling service comprises of expert counselors. If you are unsure of
what course to take or what grade level to join, write to
enquiries@swargram.org and mention
'Counseling' in
the subject line. Our expert counselor will get in touch with you and be
with you till you are satisfied and ready to take up a course. |
